4. Name the local court contact information foe the Trial Court and Clerk Office for the county of your residence. In your answer, please be sure to include the name of the county in which you reside; the name of the court clerk; and full mailing address, phone and fax numbers.

Thinking about your readings in the text as well as the information on the website, please answer the following questions in your reflection:

1. How is the American and Canadian legal system similar? How  are they different?
2. Do you feel the Canadian legal system is more fair? Why or why not?
3. Do you believe Candadian citizens have more rights then American citizens?
