 RESEARCH PAPER SPECIFICATIONS

Length:  3-4 pages, *no less than 3 full pages...no more  than 6 pagesTyped using Times New Roman 12, one inch margins-top/bottom/and both sidesMLA format – no title page   You will have 3-4 sources and follow MLA (Modern LanguageAssociation)  guidelines.   Do not use APA (American Psychological Association) guidelines.    One of your sources should be your textbook. Textbook:The Norton Anthology of World Literature, Shorter 4th edition, Volume 2. Eds. Martin Puchner,  et. al. New York: Norton 2019.   Be sure to carefully screen your other sources...select those with a scholarly slant.  Documentation: You will be using MLAparenthetical documentation.  Every source on your WorksCited page must be “cited” (documented) at least once in your paper.  Therefore, you will have no fewer than 3 parenthetical references in your paper.  Of course, three is the bare minimum; you should strive to properly research, write, and document your paper.
