Candidate will be given a classroom profile that reflects the ethnic, cultural, and linguistic background of students. The classroom profile will also includes information about students’ patterns of behaviors and preferences for engaging in classroom activities. Based on the given information, the candidate must develop a plan that identifies each students’ cultural background, strengths, needs, interests, and learning preferences. The candidate must explain how their profile plan reflect progressive and critical theories discussed in class and make recommendations for home and classroom resources that will support and advance students’ capability.
