• Explain your leadership motto and why you selected these words. Include a rationale for each of the words that you selected.
• Select 2 leaders with whom you have personal experience, one who leads from a traditional framework and one who leads from a contemporary leadership framework.
• Compare the 2 leaders and their leadership styles. Address the following in your comparison:

• Conceptual framework of leadership styles
