Ricardo Semier describes running a company with (almost) no rules. Some (much?) of what he says is pretty ‘out there’ compared to how most companies and educational entities actually operate. However, what he describes was the way they overcame certain obstacles. Think about the obstacles that exist in your place of work (or in a club or organization). What are they?
