 In this activity, you will estimate how many calories per day you  require to maintain your current weight. To calculate this number,  please go to the calorie calculator (https://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/calories). Once you have calculated the number of calories you require per day to  maintain your current weight, write a short summary if you believe that  this number is attainable, or if you might need to lose some weight and  what actions might you take to accomplish this goal. Submit your results to your instructor.
