In this assignment you are to assume the role of a group or team leader assigned to solve a problem within your organization. As the leader, how might you react to the various group challenges that you might anticipate—both internally and externally? What could be some of the most difficult challenges? Importantly, how did your group overcome those challenges? Feel free to use real-life examples wherever necessary.
