Kernel Software - Endpoint Anti-Malware
Despite it being a security risk and dangerous, why do developers/designers install software into the kernel in the first place? Why do they use kernel software? From the standpoint of an anti-virus designer/developer, what steps/measures would you take to prevent that virus?
