Journal Question:

As a leader, you are passionate about an important global policy change that also affects the US, yet those whom you have shared this concern with are either patronizing or uninterested. Using the three (3) Ps within the tenets of politics, explain your conceptualized strategy to gain constituency for your policy change and why you feel it is a nursing responsibility to lead this change.
