OVERVIEW

Data analysis is a process that dives into raw information to transform it to useful, applicable knowledge. Healthcare informatics specializes in bridging the gap between data and patient care to investigate what is known and how change impacts patient outcomes. The visual representation of data can serve as a powerful tool to promote and sustain change.

Journal Question:

Reflect on the new knowledge you have gained during this course so far and the skills you are building. How will these support your role as the DNP leader in administrative and clinical settings? What resources will you use to continue to build skills around data use?

Journal Response Expectations

Each short-answer Journal response will be a minimum of 300 words; no citation, reference, or APA style is necessary.
