Drawing on what you have learned from your readings, research, and life experiences, how would you use the Evidence-Innovation-Leadership Framework to identify significant challenges facing healthcare organizations, and how can healthcare managers, leaders, or directors use new knowledge to build upon and navigate within, to drive evidence-based practice, innovation efforts, and leadership development.
