Journal Question:

After reading the textbook chapters assigned this week, how have legislation like the HITECH Act impacted health information technology in the clinical setting? What is your role in protecting data and electronic information? What actions will you take as a DNP leader to ensure you are up to date on legislation impacting the use of technology in healthcare?
