Some of the known factors for poor or bad decisions include decision fatigue, emotions, analysis paralysis, and lack of input. Considering decisions likely to be made in healthcare management:

(i) discuss with examples your understanding of each of the four factors in relation to DM;

(ii) provide a rationale of how problems caused by each of the factors could be solved by either technological or administrative interventions; and

(iii) provide a rationale, and include examples of how each of these factors could lead to ethical consequences.

Requirements:

3. Propose DM models where relevant, and include group perspective in some areas of your responses.
