Increasingly over the past several years, individuals and companies have embraced cloud computing as an alternative to traditional computing solutions.  There are others that resist the temptations of reduced cost and scalability advantages due to actual shortcomings or perceived concerns. 

Imagine you were charged with explaining to a group of coworkers or non-IT professionals what cloud computing is and what services cloud computing provides?  Which cloud computing model allows the client to run software without purchasing servers, data center space, or network equipment?  What is the difference between IaaS and PaaS? What two implementations are available for SaaS?
