Well written individual reflection papers should be 5-7 pages in length (double spaced) and follow APA format.  This is an essay assignment and not a list these questions and answer them assignment.

1. Discuss any implicit or explicit group norms that have been established in your classroom group experiences. (You can also include examples from this online class or any other class you choose.)
2. What roles do you think you have started to assume in your group situations? Explain why you think you assume these roles and the purpose.
3. What stages of group development do you think your classroom group has experienced? Provide examples to support your answers.
4. How  has your perspective changed as a result of considering this material?
5. What doubts, new ideas, questions, or concerns do you have, having considered this material?
