1. Which ethical arguments for or against the death penalty emerge in the documentary (retribution, deterrence, sanctity of life, risk of error, cost)? Are there gaps within the ethical angles that the film doesn’t engage with but maybe should?

2.  After watching, how has your perspective on the death penalty or on death row changed (if at all)?
