 You’ve identified your skills and know what you have to offer an employer, but prospective employers aren’t always going to take your word for it. Selecting strong professional references should be a key component of your job search. Reference checks have become more commonplace as companies invest more time and money to ensure they land the right talent. Instructions: Who can speak to your talents on your behalf?
