I need to post at least 150-word comment on my class mates discussion

HR has come a long way from when employees posted want adds in a daily paper and finalized a job interview with a firm handshake. Today, omnipresent technology is being implemented in almost every employee-employer relationship. omnipresent technology refers to the quality of being everywhere and anywhere at all times. I don't think that there is a better way to describe my current workplace. As technology advances are leaders need to redesign and restructure the way they operate in order to keep up with the competition. Some examples of this would be outsourcing and offshoring, online learning, better diversity representation, and one of my favorites, people analytics. The goal in all of this is to make a happier, healthier, and more productive workplace for everyone. I couldn't be successful Air Force if the collective value of knowledge, skills, creativity were not utilized to their fullest. Presently the Air Force Is the smallest it's ever been in the history of the United States. Due to this, the Air Force has needed to adopted new approaches to strengthen and nurture there Airmen in order to keep up with the ever-changing needs of the mission.
