I need this program in 40 min, java programing

Create an application using Multi-threaded client / server socket application which calculate the area and circumference of circle 

Formulas: 

circle (r =radius)

-perimeter = 2pie* r

Area = Pie ^2

client ask for radius form user and return the area and perimeter
