I need help in creating E. Final Overall Compensation Structure: Formatting must include an APA title page and be free of grammar, spelling and/or punctuation issues.

Can someone help me in completing this? I've no idea what I'm doing. Apparently I forgot this part of our group paper. Our professor is allowing us to resubmit this section. However, I don't know what the heck to do or how to do it. I seen there is one on here for health care. Is there someone who can take what we have completed and create one for Construction?
