2. Research the impact that affirmative action has had on the following:

· Recruiting

· Training

· Development

· Promoting

· Contractor relations

· Retention of qualified women and persons of color

3. Write a 5- to 7-page academic paper synthesizing your research that affirmative action has had on the workplace. Use headers to address each of the areas specified in Action Item 2. Include at least five references.
