How to evaluate testing vendors

 How well do you video interview? This exercise will give you the chance to find out. Find one or two other classmates with whom to exchange feedback. Using your phone or com-puter, record yourself answering three to four possible inter-view questions for your next job. Analyze your strengths and the areas you’re less happy with in terms of both content and body language. Remember to find an appropriate back-ground, look at the camera, don’t fidget, sit up straight, and try not to say “um” or “like.” Exchange your video with your classmates and give each other constructive feedback about both what was done well and what could be improved. Then write a one-page summary of what you would like to improve and include an action plan for self-improvement.
