At the end of Chapter 4, the textbook includes two case studies—Case Study 4-1 and Case Study 4-2. Students choose one of the two case studies and write an analysis by answering the questions provided in the text with additional resources and references. The following are guidelines to the required format:

· Should not be in question and answer format, but rather an essay style by embodying and using the questions as a guide to forming the analysis. 

· Use paragraphs to present analyses, providing information to answer the questions

· Line spacing of 1.5 – 2; any headings should be bolded 

· Cite all references including the book’s text
