Provide "more detailing" information about what is included in each step of the training. (Please see under the Training section starting at  "The top five items that the new applicant will need are"). 

Be sure to thoroughly explain the importance of a succession plan. I need help thoroughly explaining the succession plan. (Please see section Succession plan)
