Help!

I have two short assignments due tomorrow by 2 pm (CST).  One is part of a group assignment, the other is only a 90 second video, but it can be done as a word document.  I will convert to the video.  My two topics for the group assignment is conflict resolution and resourcefulness.  It must be 250 words on each topic.  Please help me!!  Must be plagiarism free and include references with citations.  Thanks in advance!!
