This reflective journal is designed to help you make meaningful connections between your practicum activities and the development of your Health Promotion Program Proposal. Each entry should demonstrate thoughtful analysis, integration of course concepts, and growing professional insight as an advanced practice nurse.

Please complete all sections below and submit this journal together with your updated practicum log each week.

Reflect on how your practicum activities strengthened your leadership, communication, collaboration, cultural humility, critical thinking, or ability to function as a resource in health promotion. Connect your growth to the APRN role.

The reflective journal entry should be at least 250 words and developed to be reflective of what you have accomplished and hope to do in the coming week as it aligns with your health promotion proposal.
