Gound Rules as a Team

 Share two incidents when you were part of a team. In the first instance, share a time when the team did not function using ground rules and the end result was less than desirable. In the second incident, share a time when the group did operate under ground rules, and there was a positive result. Using those two incidents, share with classmates how you plan to use ground rules in your role as a team leader.
