Good Communication as a preventive tool in medication Error.

Prepare an annotated bibliography on your topic. You should have a minimum of six sources. At least four sources should be scholarly papers and at least two sources should be from credible websites. Your annotated bibliography will be added after the reference section with the tile of, “Annotated Bibliography”. Submit the entire document. However, only the annotated bibliography will be graded in this module.

Reminder of Proper Format: The annotated bibliography starts with the reference in APA format, with hanging paragraph indentation.  Following the reference, you will need a paragraph describing the contents of the source. This entire paragraph should be indented .5 inches. The entire bibliography should be double-spaced, per APA format. Do not add extra space between references.
