Global Issues in Hospitality and Tourism discussion

Throughout this course and no doubt your other courses and work experience in the hospitality industry, it is clear that the hospitality and tourism industry is diverse. We have learned through this week's articles (attached) the importance of and difficulty with implementing successful diversity training and diversity management strategies.  As a future leader in the industry, what will you do to ensure the effectiveness of diversity practices in your organization and how will you do it?

Additionally, please research an article, trade publication, business or other credible source that speaks to an effective way to implement diversity training or practices.  Please include both the link to your source and briefly explain the training or practice about which the author writes.
