To ensure that European Union (EU) citizens are not deprived of their  right to privacy, any processing of personal identity data must be  monitored by a Controller, who has been established by any one of the EU  member states. Describe the responsibilities of the EU Controller and  the methods by which U.S. investigators would need to communicate and  coordinate all required case forensics discovery.
