In a 600-900 word statement, please explain the 5 criteria that is used to rank global cities (business activity, human capital, information exchange, cultural experience, and political engagement).  In doing so, please reflect if you believe these criteria are sufficient in comparing and contrasting different "global" cities.  Is there criteria that is missing from this index that should be considered?
