Directions: Construct a family genogram of your family of origin. Use the information, resources, and directions provided in the attached handout (GenogramDrawingInstructions.pdf). 

Submission: Submit your HAND-DRAWN AND SCANNED genogram as a .doc, .docx, .pdf, or .jpg file ONLY. To submit the file, choose the link titled, Family Genogram Drawing Assignment, above. Use the "Browse My Computer" button in the Attach File area to attach your document. Be sure to complete your submission by choosing the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen.
