Four Stages

 The four stages that effective teams progress through are: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing (some texts will include a fifth stage “Adjourning”). Consider any team you have been a member of and apply the process.  What were the characteristics of the team in the forming stage? Did your team progress to advanced stages and, if so, what changes occurred? Report your observations in a 1 -2 page document.
