Instructions:

You are required to submit a short video discussion with slides to the Voice /Video Presentation on Teamwork”

Step 1:

Identify and describe any healthcare/patient issue – in Mental health which requires or benefit from multi-disciplinary teamwork. You may use examples from your own work/educational experience or examples from the literature. Allow up to 30 secs to detail the issue and who is involved for the audience.

Step 2:

You may use the following questions/talking points to guide the remainder of your video responses.

You must discuss at least 3 of these factors:

· Describe the proposed rationale/benefits of effective teamwork for your case.

· Anticipate the facilitators and barriers to effective teamwork.

· How would you be/are you an effective multi-disciplinary team member? What roles would/do you take?

· How would/do you practice good communication as a group?

· How would/do you work to create a psychologically safe climate?
