Fix My Writing

1-The second paragraph which starts with (like any other technology-based innovation........) has 5 citations. I need you to choose the strongest 3 or 2 citations and explain them and extend their ideas with explanation and delete the other citations. (So I only need 2 or 3 citations with explanation). 


2- correct the grammar mistakes.


3- make sure that the introduction and the conclusion include these instructions ( see picture)
