*Find an article on-line, in the paper, from a magazine, or anywhere else you choose

*Run a copy of the article (it will need to go in your Journal along with the paper)

*Write a reflection about the article providing a brief overview, possible health implications, and how you might use this information to better your health.

* Reflection paper should be no longer than 2 pages, typed, Times New Roman, size 12, double spaced.

*Name, date, class name and section in top left corner.

*Include works cited!

*Will present to class as a 2-3 minutes speech/talk regarding your paper (DO NOT READ PAPER can bring notes on index cards)
