Finance plan

Assignment: Your goal in this individual personal project is to create through illustrations or graphing or calculation and through narrative a detailed financial strategy for either 1) retirement plan or 2) mortgage plan. 

This paper is about 4-6 pages long. 

It included 

1) an assumptions page 

2)realistic timely

3) independent research (calculations) (source it )

4) Conclusion page ( what did you learn ) (financial principles)

Also  may include : essential spending , non-essential spending , how much will I be able to or need to invest , savings contingencies versus investing dollar allocations

In order to do this you must know some information about myself : 

I am currently an accounting major and work about only 30 hours making little over minimum wage at a deli . I should have my bachelors in about a year an a half. 

You can make some stuff up if it sounds real.
