This is your final assignment.

You are requested to prepare a report for a public company. You should

approach this case from a director’s point of view upon issues related with

financial and strategic management.

For this final assignment you are requested to use information upon your

discretion regarding the overall interim appearance of a public company.

The target company is “Kerry Group”.

Information regarding the overall interim performance of the target

company is given below. Follow the link to find the necessary information

needed for your report preparation.

You are challenged to search and find information regarding any issues

you may consider appropriate. Use and incorporate within your report any

research material that is relevant and appropriate either from financial or

strategic management aspect.

You need to prepare a report based upon the information related with Pan

African Resources PLC’; real data from a public company listed in London

Stock Exchange. In the report you should approach the case from an

investor’s point of view. You need to enclose information regarding this

company’s:

1.4.1 Corporate governance status and challenges

1.4.2 Company’s capital investments; existing or projected

1.4.3 Company’s sources of finance used until the end of the year

 Important Note: financial year ends at 30th of June

1.4.4 Use company’s financial information and measure business

performance. The ratios to be used lies upon your discretion.
