Final exam essay

Your final exam is an essay in which you reflect on the process of researching and writing a college-level research paper. It should be 750-1000 words, double-spaced, standard margins, 10-12 point font. 

In your reflection, discuss how you choose your research topic. Why did you choose that topic? What did you know about it at the beginning of the semester, and what do you know about it now? How did your thoughts about the topic evolve as you learned more about it?

Also reflect on the research process. Before taking this class, what did you know or think about writing research papers? What did you learn before? Was the process you learned in this class similar or different to what you had learned before?

You will have the whole class period to plan, draft, write and revise your final exam essay. Submit it to the Final Exam Essay Dropbox by 9 pm on Thursday, July 5.
