ePortfolio Abstract - Project Plan Coverage Page Requirements:

• The project cover page introduces the PM ePortfolio and sets the tone for the presentation.
• Include a title for your project page, one that conveys your overall experience, your personalized healthcare scenario, and/or your overall ecosystem design.
• An example title for a Project Cover Page could be Ecosystem Excellence: Project Showcase. 
• ECOS Health Summary - Abstract: Provide an abstract that summarizes your course and project experience in approximately 150 to 250 words. 
• Present at least three (3) key themes of excellence, sustainability, and success in relation to your personalized healthcare scenario and/or your healthcare ecosystem design.
• Include one (1) self-created illustration such as graphics, images, or illustrations on this page.
  • You can elect to use one of your illustrations from the prior coursework, if desired, or create a new image that represents your entire PM ePortfolio.
