Your submission was very well written. I believe you covered all the questions, you spaced out each question individually which makes it easier for the reader to follow. One thing that I would have liked to see throughout your response will be more specifics, I thought all the points were kind of in the broad spectrum and not personal enough. Overall I thought you met all the criteria I just think making a little more personal would capture the readers attention a bit more. Good job!
