Discuss the following questions.
According to Auren van Heerden (Auren van Heerden @ TED), global supply
chains often include manufacturing stages that break ethical standards that
are accepted in the developed countries.
At the same time, regulation may increase production costs and decrease the
number of jobs available that are essential for the survival of many people in
the developing countries. What in your opinion is the right approach? Should
there be an supranational regulations, that would prohibit low standards of
labor? Please explain why. (1500 - 2000 words)
