My company makes smoke bombs for both domestic and external clients. It is a popular item in my inventory. I have a new customer in Austria who wants to buy 1,000 of my smoke bombs. We are excited about this new business. His name is Peter Bucholtz, who lives in Vienna, Austria. Can I close this sale and ship to him? Please email me your answer by Monday night next week, and tell me why specifically I can or cannot ship to him. Please list the ECCN # and tell me what it says in the country chart and the screening list. I do not care about Austrian laws just whether I can export or not.
