Your journal is a place for you to reflect on your experience in the class as you continue to expand your understanding of creating and writing an effective Assessment Plan to evaluate student learning abilities.

For your initial journal entry, consider the following:

· What roles or perspectives do you feel are the most important for a successful assessment plan?

· After reading Chapter 13 and using your own words, describe the two primary components when writing a performance assessment, and provide examples.
