Source a recent man-made (technological), natural or terror incident response scenario from your own research and summarize how the Incident Command System (ICS) process might be / or have been used.

You are to either make-up a scenario or utilize a historical incident and discuss ICS utilization within that event. In so doing give thought and supporting discussion to the history and inception of ICS along with each of its component organizational elements and how they are / or might be employed given a particular situation.  If your illustrative scenario relates to a terror response event do be sure you discuss respective organizational elements in light of jurisdictional responsibilities.

Work should be a minimum of 500 words and should utilize APA formatting.
