Econ HW help

The topic of this essay could be anything we’ve covered, e.g. climate change, renewable energy, environmental injustice, even something we might not have addressed if it's directly relevant to environmental economics. The only requirement is that you argue why a solution will or won't work for a problem, using identified concepts from the course. The free-rider problem, transaction costs, Pigouvian taxes, or sorting are all potential examples. They are present in our lives and our goal is for you to be able to explain problems  in your own words through the lens of economic analysis. Please provide citations of news or academic articles if you want to make claims about data.
