This is an essay about the short story 'Desiree's Baby', written by Kate Chopin.  ( should be around 700~800 words)  Prompt is uploaded.  Professor hopes to see if kate chopin was racist ,or not. also, she hopes little research to support the background.  As long as English is my second language, I will appreciate if you could understand me.     Also, Works cited page is required as MLA format.  Main things are listed which are first and second part on the prompt.   here is the link that all can read the story.     http://www.pbs.org/katechopin/library/desireesbaby.html
