2.   Select from one of the following organizational structures: mechanistic or organic. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of the selected organizational structure using at least three peer-reviewed sources. Give practical examples and be sure to support your position. Use each source in a sentence with proper in-text citation and reference them correctly in the correct APA formatted Reference section.
