- How were the stereotypes overcome? What does it mean to fend of stereotypes?
- In the case, due to the haphazard of offices in NYC, the tragedy of 9/11 revealed a lot of gaps in the firms strategic planning. What can be done to resolve the mystery of a proper headcount so that appropriate resources can be allocated, not only right after the incident, but going forward?
