Discussion question

We need to understand what we are trying to achieve from a strategy side to develop the operations management to support the strategy--right?! ????‍♀️ Too many times, we start doing a bunch of things (that are all great things) but they do not align with the business strategy.

Operations is the "execution" arm of strategy. What say you?
